Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize production processes for our cosmetics brand. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient manufacturing, maintain quality standards, and manage production schedules to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Optimize production operations for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Manage and coordinate with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, raw material requirements, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to align production with market demand.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in production management within the cosmetics industry.
• Education: Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and meeting quality standards.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in production planning and management tools.
