3. Project Execution:
   • Follow project plans and timelines to complete jobs efficiently.
   • Protect surrounding areas by covering furniture, floors, and fixtures.
   • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
4. Customer Interaction:
   • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.
   • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely service.
5. Maintenance and Tools:
