Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Business Growth & Retention:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Account Management:
    • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Analyze client data to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Ensure contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
  4. Market Insights & Strategy:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide strategic insights.
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and improve client retention.
  5. Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
