Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities through various channels
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record in sales with a successful sales history
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
