Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, performance analysis, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Research industry trends and audience preferences to optimize content and engagement.
• Content Creation & Management:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Work with designers, photographers, and copywriters to maintain brand consistency.
• Community Engagement:
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with the audience.
  • Monitor trends and engage with relevant conversations.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Advertising & Growth:
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Identify influencers and brand collaborations for growth opportunities.
• Crisis Management:
  • Handle social media crises professionally and ensure brand reputation is maintained.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media trends.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
