Your primary responsibilities will involve contacting potential customers to promote our products/services and accurately entering data to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing

• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls.
• Communicate product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Gather customer information and accurately update records.
• Set appointments or follow-up calls as needed.

Data Entry

• Efficiently perform data entry tasks, including copying and pasting information as required.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity while updating CRM and other databases.
• Regularly verify and update customer contact information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or data entry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry tools is a plus.
