Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and market expansion within designated regions across Lahore, Multan, and Gujranwala. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue goals, and building lasting client relationships within the construction materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company targets.
- Achieve assigned revenue goals by promoting product portfolios.
- Maintain and grow client relationships within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategy as needed.
- Represent the company in industry-related events and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally from Tiles, Paint, Cement, or FMCG sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA Marketing or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and territory management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: PKR 150,000/month
- Fuel: 100 Litres/month
- Car Allowance: PKR 40,000/month
- Vehicle Maintenance: PKR 3,000–5,000/month
