Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling emails, conducting research, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
- Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Handle data entry and maintain databases
Customer Service & Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Assist in managing social media messages and online communities
- Follow up with clients, customers, or vendors as required
Project & Task Management:
- Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines
- Conduct market research and summarize findings
- Manage spreadsheets, records, and digital files
Marketing & Social Media Assistance (Optional):
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Assist in email marketing campaigns
- Monitor engagement and report on insights
Other Duties:
- Conduct online research as needed
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support business operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or ClickUp)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or bookkeeping
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
